2. Order Placement Rules

We will update the logistics tracking number on your order page after dispatch. You can track the delivery status independently. When receiving the package, please check the outer package and inner goods on site. If you find damage, shortage or mismatch, please refuse to sign for the package or take photos to keep evidence, and contact our customer service immediately.
If the package is delivered to the address but not signed for for a long time, resulting in package return, loss or damage due to user reasons, relevant losses shall be borne by the buyer.
